Spent almost 240$ here on multiple services. Initially, the esthetician started with literally cold wax and later heated to extremely high temperature. When I told her about the hot wax, she replied, “yeah, that’s alright”! Alright? My face is burning…how is this alright? These are not just 2 burns…there are multiple burnt spots on my face. When I texted them about the concern…they suggested that the burns are due to sensitive skin. Like literally??? I have been getting face wax done for 3 years and this never happened to me before…how is my skin a problem when their esthetician doesn’t know what she’s doing. I doubt if she is even licensed!!! Upon requesting the compensation…they offered me another waxing, facial or massage service while I clearly mentioned to them that I DO NOT WANT ANY SERVICE FROM THEM ANYMORE! Instead to taking accountability of their actions and offering a refund, they are still forcing me to get a service done from them…why would I ? Again to get burnt or to get an infection from their FILTHY salon? They are literally denying the refund and avoiding the clear communication. Just a mere apology and their hope for me that it isn’t too painful doesn’t resolve the issue…!!! These pictures are the clear evidence.
